Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
