Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member, where you will play a key role in maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and customer-friendly store environment. As a Store Team Member, you will handle a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure neat product presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Follow company policies, handle cash transactions accurately, and uphold store security.
- Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and work with various equipment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
