Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working closely with our team, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
