Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in all tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
