Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and assist customers with their purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain store cleanliness, and report any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
