Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and suggest improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
