Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies and professionalism
• Perform cashiering and stock shelves
• Offer exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service experience
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
