Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with your team to ensure a great shopping experience. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
