Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies and maintain data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
