Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
