Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and follow established company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
