Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service by working collaboratively with the team.
• Operate cash registers, stock shelves, and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
