Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
