Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
