Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while providing outstanding service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
