We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work well both independently and in a team environment.
