We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our retail operation, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
