Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory and maintain store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience will be considered
