Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
