Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. standards in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational concerns.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
