Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Adhere to cash management policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
