Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to cash policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
