Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI’s core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
• Follow cash handling procedures to ensure security and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
