Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a valuable member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
