Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute to inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
