Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
