Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of the store team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred
