Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing cashier duties, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
