Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Engage in customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies to minimize discrepancies
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operate store equipment efficiently
• Adhere to company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is preferred
