Job Description
We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
