Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment for our shoppers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store premises.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and essential store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
