Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This is a full-time position, averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
