$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) during daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate any feedback or issues to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
