As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
