Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Work in compliance with safety and operational standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is advantageous
