Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking products.
• Performing cashier duties.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
