Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a critical part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborating with the team, you will uphold ALDI's standards and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and orderly merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of retail operations.
