Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized and our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and professional skills in your daily tasks.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of working independently, following instructions, and handling multiple tasks.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
