Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. From merchandising to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, your contributions will ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and following instructions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
