Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking and merchandising products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. As a vital part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer assistance.
• Proficiency in using a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of executing general cleaning tasks to meet standards.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
