Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure organized displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support shopping needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
- Adhere to company procedures and maintain security of information
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and within a team setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is beneficial
