Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in ensuring the store functions smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. As part of the team, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
  • Safe equipment operation skills (hand jack, floor scrubber, baler).
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness per company standards.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
