Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You'll work collaboratively with the ALDI team, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide constructive feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, maintain security of documents and data
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient cash handling and equipment operation abilities
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
