Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
