We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. principles in daily tasks.
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
