We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform various duties including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on inventory, product issues, and operational matters.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
