Store Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the daily operations.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in all tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Stock merchandise, perform cleaning duties, and perform store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
