Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. values in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
- Able to operate store equipment safely.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
