Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to deliver top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently
• Perform cashier duties accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
