Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
